We inherited two pieced quilt tops from my husband's grandmother almost 30 years ago. This one I finally had quilted by a local woman. She has a very large frame to work with king bed sized quilts and did a beautiful job with minor repairs and the quilting considering the fragility of the top.
Also in the photo is a small rectangular pillow which is made with a piece of a Mongolian altar cloth. There are two hand loomed Guatemalan runners hanging on the wall. (Nice and light considering we live in earthquake country!)
