I'm not speaking of the Floyd case here but that is a pretty ridiculous thing to say. Many times we've seen bits and pieces of video which misrepresent a situation.

There was zero threat to Chauvin or the other police officers in this video. Murder plain and simple.
What do you mean "zero threat to Chauvin". This occurred in one of the most lawless parts of Minneapolis. Floyd was a drug addict. Floyd was with two drug dealers. Two people were shot since this the Floyd incident and I think one of them to death. Covid19 was ramped at this time. As it turned out, Floyd was actually Covid19 positive. These are the people the cops deal with all the time in that area. For safety reasons alone, I feel a knee on the back of Floyd instead of putting his hands on a potentially infectious person to be quite appropriate. I'll never understand why so many people think Floyd was a person to look up to. It's no wonder we have so much civil disorder in this country when our heroes are thugs. This includes the thugs from the streets, from sports, politics, and smooth talking ministers. Enough said.

I think you have gotten into the fentanyl stash. The 4 or 5 videos that capture the entire scene from start to death do not support that claim.
Let me make this clear... I have not ever used fentanyl or any other illegal drug and expect an apology if you are any form of a man.

Except the entire narrative about Michael Brown was BS as proven in court by eyewitness testimony, but that won't stop you from telling your lies.

LoL
Can't take the heat...don't play in the attic...
So how and when did he "fight off" three cops while cuffed?
I have seen at least four or five different videos that capture, together, every moment from approach by the cops to the death of Floyd. Floyd became resistant...but he was never violent and certainly did not fight off three cops while cuffed.

Whether he resisted or not is meaningless in this trial.
It is a given that chauvin used improper actions ( attested police )witness.
The only issue is what killed Floyd.

As I recall the use knee to restrain an individual is accepted procedure, i will check on it. Here is a cut from an MSN article. "The knee-to-neck move is banned by several major metropolitan police departments, but Minneapolis police allow police to restrain suspects' necks if they're aggressive or resisting arrest. Floyd was unarmed and handcuffed when he was pinned to the ground."

Not sure but I seem to remember reading that-yes- it is allowed but only if the individual was trained in how to do it without obstructing the airway.
I don’t know if chauvin was trained or not.

He probably was since he was a trainer at the time of Floyd's death, another and serious question is did he apply it correctly, was it reasonable that he held Floyd on the ground for over 9 minutes? That certainly will have influence on not only the jury but anyone who has watched the video, I also have heard it reported that according to the training that once the suspect is prostrate he should have been brought back up to a sitting position according to other folks in the Minneapolis Police Dept, the case is complicated as I said earlier.

I think you'll find a match with the ... "Trump won by a lot!" ... crowd and the ... "George Floyd is GUILTY!" ... folks.

Thank you Craig and this was just a small victory compared to all the cases that the verdict was the opposite of today’s results. I think today was good step forward for the justice system. I’m just glad it is over and that justice prevailed. Thank you for the kind thoughts.
Apparently Trump's weak virus response didn't knock him out first round, it was his weak George Floyd response.
"For three years, the first president elected without political or military experience rode his luck and skirted past disaster. In the fourth year, the fates demanded payback.
Not even Trump’s harshest critics can blame him for a virus believed to have come from a market in the Chinese city of Wuhan, nor for an attendant economic collapse, nor for four centuries of slavery, segregation, police brutality and racial injustice.
But they can, and do, point to how he made a bad situation so much worse. The story of Trump’s presidency was arguably always leading to this moment, with its toxic mix of weak moral leadership, racial divisiveness, crass and vulgar rhetoric and an erosion of norms, institutions and trust in traditional information sources. Taken together, these ingredients created a tinderbox poised to explode when crises came." Guardian

fentanyl is only illegal when acquired illegally or used illegally. It is a legal pain killer.
