I think it will be interesting to hear from the members. It will be nice to include pictures. This way your work can be display to everyone here.
Gabyto,
Most of my photography in the past few years has involved my family, specifically grandkids and their activities/sports. From just starting out in soccer and dance to lacrosse, gymnastics, competitive dance, Drill Team competition, and NCAA baseball. With 15 grandkids, ranging from 6 to 26 years old, we kept quite busy trying to get to their events. And we are looking forward to resuming this routine.
Since we have kept away from family since last March, I have started taking more bird, flower, astral, bubbles, snowflakes and any many other "let's try it" photos. About 18,000 or so snaps. I even got a few keepers, started to know the names of a few birds, and gotten my 23 year old granddaughter interested in BIF photos.

Thank you! After shooting for years from a prone position in wet sand and tidal pools, sand in the pants is no big deal any more. The last American Oystercatcher shot was taken in high winds. What looks at first like an out of focus area is actually blowing sand. Mom had one chick already tucked under her, and the other one was trying to find his/her way in. BTW, that shot took a 3 1/2 mile hike out and back. Didn't mind it at all. I never do. IMO, it is so much more enjoyable to shoot this way than from a raised board walk loaded with other photographers. Went to the Alligator Farm twice 2 years ago, and that was enough!!

Great shots! I agree with skipping the Alligator Farm(s). Just this past Saturday I walked the length of LBI from last parking lot out to end of island. was looking for Snowy Owls but apparently they weren't happy with the weather either....only saw one as it flew away. lol

Not really...street photography remains alongside landscape, however, weddings have called off of course.
I've simply taken very far fewer shots, mostly with only my snapshots cameras. My good camera hasn't been used in months.
The wife and I had Covid back in late Oct-Nov. We survived at home. I do get to the "rockpile" when the weather permits to practice BIF. We are planning a second trip out West but are waiting for Covid to settle down more. I am on the list at the local hospital for the vaccine. This Covid mess is a real bummer.

Thanks, Jan, glad you liked them. Was it the parking lot all the way south and then to the southern tip? That's a bit of a "stroll". It's one of my haunts and I may head up there the next decent weather day. Haven't been there in a while though.
I renovated my alternative styling photo studio, I call it The Cedar Closet, here is an out take from the new work.
But I still have my main lighting studio still, Nicole Damon.
Thanks -- the silver lining to an otherwise dangerous ice storm.
