your logic is flawed, the blame is spread widely through our culture. Blaming ALL white males is like blaming black males for anything that Obama might have done that you may not like.
But anyway... the argument should not be about where the blame lies (because that will only cause backlash and is non-productive). Rather the argument should be about what is wrong and how it might be fixed.
