When the judges asked for ANY PROOF (under oath, facing the penalty of perjury which could get them disbarred), the plaintiffs had none...case tossed. Not every case wastes the time of a court. Plaintiffs need to have a case. At the appellate level, there are no juries. The judges are the jury. Civics 101.

Astute readers will note that not a single reference to any court case comes with a Web-link for at least the filing of the plaintiff. The news media and its factotums instead dismiss each lawsuit as "baseless" or "unfounded." A citizen may ask how 60 lawsuits could get filed without any foundation in law and fact. This dismissiveness smells like connivance at minimum.

But let's face it. The word, Racist, is used as a weapon by the Left when they have no common sense to provide dialogue to win an argument. I have always hated Obama's policies which in my opinion were/are definitely anti American. You may disagree and that is fine but I do have a right to my opinion and will back it up with many past discussions right here of things he did.

So in a few words little girl, is that all you got, pointing out suspected racism on my part only because I did not like Obama's policies? By your thinking every black, Hispanic or other non white person in America who did not vote for every other President other than Obama must have been a racist.

Oh my gosh. There you go, like a typical Left Winger but you don't offer anything that says I am wrong. Do I not have the right as anybody in America to not like a politician no matter his color. The fact that Obama is black does not make him right about his policies for America/Americans.

Obama was a pussy when it came to allowing Iran to walk all over us, with regard to his Iranian Nuclear Deal. He was a pussy when it came to his Red Line in the sand in Syria. He was a pussy to allow Putin to save his bacon over that same Red Line. When that Red Line was violated again Obama paid no attention for fear he would have to do something. His economic policy of taking my tax dollars, yours too, and giving them to people who have never worked a day in their life just plain sucked. Yet you on the Left went along with it. He was a pussy when it came time to really fight ISIS. He could have but sadly, he did not. Obama told us it might take 20 years to get rid of ISIS. Happily, Trump did it in less than 2 years. Am I wrong about any of that? During the Obama administration there were numbers of Muslim domestic terrorist acts in America. During the Trump administration there were NONE. Am I wrong about that?

The little princess, waffle boy, made posted that my comments might be racial driven. Nothing could be further from the truth. But can you possibly understand somebody constantly being called a racist, one of the foulest insults a person could receive when I grew up, every time they disagree with a black President? It does get a bit old. So if you think I am a name caller then you should take a look at your corrupt Left Wing compadres for a real look at name calling. Do your best to get over yourself and take a look at the other side for a change. Believe me, we do have a right to dislike the other political side without being constantly put down for our beliefs.

Defining terms of dialog can help to clarify the topic. The word "racism" means the belief of one race as superior to another." A racist acts from this belief.

Confusion happens because an individual may take action or speak in a way that a racist might, yet actually from a alternate position.

To know the difference, a critic would have to know the content of the conscious awareness of the individual who acted or spoke.

Absent such knowledge, a critic may only speculate as to the underlying belief of the individual in question.

Hotheads care not for such distinction. Instead, they accuse others of racism and depict them as racist. They do so to intimidate, browbeat, or kowtow others, as a crude way to argue, by delegitimizing an opponent.

A simple remedy exists for combatting these loose accusations: Ask, "How so" or say, "Please explain." These questions put the burden on the accuser to offer a coherent rationale for accusations.

And then you will attempt to turn it around and ask why I get so upset. Dennis, you know I usually don't respond to your posts. Why? Because they are invariably the same. I can go back to one of your earlier posts and see blah...blah....blah. You tell me to get over myself - that's a hoot coming from you! You are the sage of all politics and debate protocols... or so you believe. You blindly support a treasonous liar. Dozens of Republicans are now repudiating trump. Just this morning Colin Powell said The President should resign for the best interests of the country. He made that statement several times during the interview. (If you want my idea of a great republican, it's Colin Powell.) Yet, you continue to align yourself with the loser.... what does that say about you? That you like him because he shares your values? Say what ever you please, I won't bother responding.
