Well, I did look at the gallery, starting with a photograph you posted. An Internet search quickly turned up what appears to be that same image on ShutterStock. Does that mean you downloaded this image and posted it as your own? At least you didn't post-process it.

The statement in the first part of your illustration that "fundamental settings cannot be altered in a JPEG" is absolutely wrong. One can adjust all of the listed settings and more in a JPEG.
