Way, way nice! Love the colors and the degree of detail from your stack and as we know 0.25mm is nearly an imperceivable amount of distance to move the camera each time.

My focusing rail does 1mm per revolution so I can do 1/4mm manually fairly easily.
The automated rail I'm building, based on the same 1mm per Rev. rail, will be capable of doing 1/400mm
but I don't have any way of taking advantage of that kind of resolution.
I will probably only use it down to around 1/16mm for the smallest subjects I'll work with.
The project is partly practical and partly just an exercise in design and programming.
