To me, the gal in the back is ticked off because she didn’t get waited on first.
That is a nice street capture, and folks are making ‘way too much of it. Congrats on the shot.
The waitress is asking the child, who has changed her little mind several times, "Is that what you would like?" but thinking "Spoilt little article!" while the lady in black is thinking "When is that waitress going to take my order? I've been waiting ages. I'm starving."
Top notch B&W & composition!!

"I ordered my food 35 minutes ago, and your taking more orders now?! Where's my food?"
The lady in black, imho, is a tortured soul.
I think the lady in black is disturbed by whatever is wrapped around her head and face🥴
There is a story in this photo. Thanks for sharing.
... or maybe that woman in black was just about to break into a smile... a half-second later.
One tiny slice of time does not necessarily tell the story.

Great images tell stories. There are a few in this one.
Excellent composition. Thank you for sharing.
I love photographs that make you contemplate the situation. I can come up with several things.

And when interpreting the photo, the story could change with every tick of the clock... or every press of the shutter.
It's a neat shot.
Relaxed waitress.

Sorry, I don't zoom in to the pixel level to scrutinize every <possible> aspect of an image.
Besides, if it was an 8by hanging, I'd need a magnifying glass to do so, and don't carry one.
I simply enjoy the image.

If you view the image at 100%; check the expression and the direction of
gaze of the woman in black at the right 1/3 of the frame.
I'd like to know what has transpired?
The woman in background has spotted a camera aimed in her direction. Busted in some sort of compromised situation???

Or she doesn't believe the waitress should be so relaxed and leaning against the post;
Or she is waiting to get the waitress's attention;
Or she is waiting to confront the waitress for going out with her boyfriend/husband;
Or ...
