#1 thats a cracking shot, looks like a juvenile to me. #2is good but would look better cropped to portrait

Great shot, are you sure it is a Cooper's. That belly band looks like it could belong to a juvenile Red-tailed Hawk. Just asking.

Looks like a Krider's Red Tail Hawk. Eastern Red tail looks darker around the head and sides (juvenile). jimmie
