Hmmm, which forum was this in? Users have not had the ability to block commentators for a couple of years now. Only section managers and Admin can.

Apparently one cannot mention the word "prezidemt" (as well as a few other words), even in a reply, regardless who is in office.
NOR use quote reply quoting someone's nazty/unakceptable remarcs as they become part of your post.
If it's a robotic parser, just spell them worng.
