I call that the Chessboard, it's in Cha Canyon off of Lake Powell on the Navajo Nation (closed to tourists now due to Covid 19)
Great shots, and great history.

I have always had a great interest in, and respect for, these people who lived in and built these structures, as in your photos. Who knows, maybe I will get to meet some of them when I "leave here." For three years in the 1970's we had a teenage Shoshone foster daughter living with us. On our trips to the reservations in Southern Utah and Arizona, perhaps I should not have been surprised that what we saw was completely new to her. But then, she was from Nevada.

I love coming upon ancestral puebloean ruins in Utah's backcountry, especially if I didn't know they were there. If people enjoy these images I'll repost my shots of pictographs that never made it to the daily gallery (and hence was seen by 200 rather than 2000 people). I accidentally added a petroglyph shot, hope you don't mind.
Luv these! Great set! Was stationed inNew Mexico in the late 1970s and went to every site we knew of. Thanx for sharing and happy holidaz!
