I bought the preorder version in early fall on recommendation of a local ambassador whose photography I follow. I got my invitation to download Luminar AI v1.0.0 a few days ahead of the official release and did so. I'm using it on a 2011 MacBook Pro running MacOS High Sierra. It works like a charm. I'm impressed with how little tweaking is needed to make my images shine. I'm also *very* pleased with Luminar AI's speed. It's a significant improvement over Luminar 4! It's also much easier and quicker to get to the final image than it was with Luminar 4.

I got my pre-release copy of Luminar AI last week. I have used it several times, and I have not had any problems. It is installed on my MacBook Pro and a old MacBook Air.

Has anyone had an issue of not being able for Luminar ai to open as a plug in for photoshop and Lightroom Classic ?

I down loaded my AI yesterday the release date for the software and what little I used the program it works fine.

All of the above boils down to their 'Tech Support' SUCKS

I have just sent them a 'third' email and will probably have to wait another 44 hours before I hear from them again ???

This is NO way to run a 'Major Software Company' and I am about to ask for my money back........

PS: YES... I have downloaded two additional updates and NO Fix yet... The Entire 'Main Menu' does NOT work for me in Windows 10...

I have also been monitoring their "Luminar and Skylum Issuse" Facebook page and I have notice many, many similar complaints and a lot of very unhappy people

I believe it is time for Skylum to come out with a public announcement admitting their software is NOT ready for 'Prime Time' publication, that it is still 'in Beta' format, and they should beg for the publics understanding....

AND, of course, there will be those where the software does work, and I do understand that is "OK"

You're not alone in this Skylum "Glasshouse", which is crumbling. Had similar situation with them, 3 months ago, the worst Tech Support ever. Will not be upgrading to L4 AI, to me the aggravation is not worth it, sticking with trusty Adobe Lightroom.

About 1 hour ago, I make a 'formal' request for a Refund on the Luminar AI

Now, let's see how long it take for them to follow through with that ??
