That's part of the point. It is believed that JFK won due to fraud and the situation in 2020 is very similar to what happened when Kennedy won, but has even more irregularities.

Argue it anyway you want, the loss is a fact, just as Trump's win in 2016 is. Citing the reasons doesn't change the fact Trump made another false statement.
