As indicated in yesterday's overview, this ultimate set presents one picture each from the ten most popular episodes which received the most comments, they are in order of the number of comments received. I would ask you to kindly hold back with your comments for about 20 minutes, while I will set up a second set of pictures in the replies section, this time a selection of images I personally favor but which did not receive the highest visitor attendance. I hope that you will enjoy this final recap of some of the highlights of this trip.
A WORD OF THANKS - It has been a real joy traveling with so many of you during these past two months, be it as visitors occasionally dropping in to see how the tour is progressing, or as one of the core members that visited each and every episode and took the time and effort to let me know of their feelings via writing a comment or posing a question. These comments and interactions are really appreciated and meant a lot to me and bring a welcome additional dimension to just presenting a set of images. I will be off for the rest of the week for a bit of rest over the Thanksgiving holiday, but plan to start another, albeit shorter travelogue early next week on a destination most likely familiar to many of you (but presently kept under wrap like an early Christmas present) - so please keep your eyes peeled for that new start early next week.
Thanks for visiting, I recommend viewing the downloads and look forward to your comments and questions on this ultimate set.

https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/user-profile?usernum=45105If you are further interested and have the time, I invite you to log into my PHOTO-WEBSITE to check out my web-albums. Under the chronological tab and the date "2013 Aug" you will find the albums on Iceland; overall there are some 70+ albums from all continents except Antartica, and more are added as I process them (I am presently about 4 years in arrears). I usually create 2 versions of albums: a "Short" set with a limited but still quite extensive coverage, and a "Full" set with many additional pictures as well as some near-duplicates, destined mainly for my own use, but might be interesting if you really want to get an in-depth look at a certain area. For the recent, more voluminous album SERIES, I created additional "Highlights" versions, which further curtail the content. The listing of the albums can be accessed two ways: chronologically or geographically. I recommend clicking on the "Chronological Tab", this way all albums of a series will be together even if they were in different geographical locations, and the newest albums will be on top of the list. Select an album, then click on "Short": the album first appears as a collage of small pictures, click on the first picture.
