In China, Russia, Iran, N Korea, Venezuela, and the like you may well have to prove you are innocent. NOT HERE. If you are charged with murder or shoplifting or spitting on the sidewalk you are PRESUMED INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty. This is jurisprudence that has been in effect for hundreds of years. The prosecution carries the BURDEN of PROOF, never the Defendant. It is easy to say “...what are you afraid of.” I am afraid of the easiness with which people want to overturn our entire system. Even in Civil Cases, the burden of proof falls on the plaintiff, never the Defendant! The level of proof in civil cases varies from a rough equivalent of 51% to higher. In criminal cases, the evidentiary burden (proof) is closer to 98 or 99 %. So far, Rudy, Sidney and all others pushing these theories have adduced 0 evidence. This is why the cases are all being dismissed. Big diffeence between alleging something and providing some evidence to support contentions. This is the American Way - like it or not.
I respect varying beliefs, but not in a Court of Law. Far more is required there.

According to a new survey from Vox and Data for Progress, 73 percent of likely Republican voters say that the allegations of voter fraud have made them question Joe Biden’s victory, a statement that 44 percent of all likely voters agreed with as well. Similarly, 75 percent of likely Republican voters said they believed voter fraud took place during the election that benefitted Biden, something that 43 percent of likely voters overall also stated.

I did a quick Google search and there are lots of poll results on this topic. The 73% of the Vox poll is at the high end, with many others being closer to 50% (would you actually blame me for choosing the high number?).

As you northern neighbour sharing language, culture, trade, economies, resources, the world's longest undefended border, etc of course I have a keen interest in what goes on in the world's greatest democracy.

I don't care whether democrats or republicans are in power, but I do care deeply on the message your country is sending to the world. Do you not believe that what is going on right now in your country is making a mockery of western democracy? Do you not think Russia, China, DPRNK, Iran, etc are revelling in your world stage performance? It is comically tragic!!! Do you not think the rest of the free world is concerned about what could happen in their countries if Trump's behaviours are emulated by people in their governments?

Trump has undermined democracy, snubbed the rule of law, and killed truth. He has destroyed the value system that so much of the western world depended -- decency, respect, dignity, honesty, empathy,... The next 2 months can't go by quickly enough for me and many other people in many other countries. God speed, get rid of Trump, and get on with a good life with America being the leader of the free world... again.

Edit: I saw your above post that you sent while I was writing my response. Please get your head out of the sand. What goes on in the US affects the world. You cannot hide from globalism... and you should fight to lead it before someone else does. Seriously!!!!
