For Trump, he knows he is a cheater and that he treats others like crap; it is his nature and style. So dropping one C-note on a gardener or busboy is a way of proving to himself that he is generous. He actually believes that about himself, so he absolves himself of multiple bad acts with this one gesture. Perhaps he uses 100's because that is his way of penance for 100 misdeeds. I expect he tips like this frequently to avoid going to confession.

I know that you see this, but you can't admit to it because your love for Trump and purported defending the underdog prevents you from ever admonishing this loser of a person. In that way you are a bit like Trump... you have said (lied?) many times that you dislike him, yet you have never said anything bad about him.
