It must be a slow train because the smoke was streaming ahead of the train unless there was an extremely fast back wind--LOL.

Beautiful photos of the Chama train and fall foliage. Is the train allowed to run from Colorado to New Mexico now (or new Mexico to Colorado)? It was not when I was there this summer. Thank you for sharing, it brought back wonderful memories

I guess I don’t know. There were not any passengers on this train, only crew.
