Places that only backup image files are worthless. Other things are important also!
Some places don't backup RAW files. Go with a company that allows backing up ANY file type.
I use Carbonite. All automatic and it indicates the backup status of the files and directories.
Agree wholeheartedly. Do not differentiate file type on backups. I happen to use Backblaze and it's fine.
However, I do have folders of photos which are included in the daily Backblaze run. Also, I run a complete, incremental backup to a 4tb hard drive.
