I dropped my Sony RX10 on a tile floor (aagh!). It still works but makes a loud grinding sound whenever the lens opens or retracts and when I turn it off. Sometimes it freezes and I get a message saying “turn camera off and on.” Then it works fine. My question is should I get it repaired or keep using it hoping it doesn’t die on me during a great photo opportunity? Does anyone know a good camera repair place that is reasonably priced?
Check into repair!
Continued use may grind the innards more, until it no longer works.

Something is bent and binding. Continued use will cause more wear and put an extreme strain on the motor that zooms the lens.
Repair may prove to be too expensive so you might want to start a "Buy a New Camera" stash in the back of the sock drawer.
That grinding sound is the cameras way of telling you something is very wrong.
Been there, done that. Precision Camera. $555. Replace lens + a few other issues.
Why not get it repaired? When you really need it is when it will die on you! Would you drive a car that way? I suppose some people would..

The Sony RX series camera's use plastic gears. If they are not aligned or knocked out of alignment, grinding sounds begin. And, guess what happens when PLASTIC gears get out of alignment? It WILL get worse.
Sony no longer repairs many of it's bridge and pocket camera's. On there site their is info on contacting their repair services, it should also be in the instruction manual, they, the outside repair source, once contacted, will give you an estimate based on what you tell them is wrong. Make sure you are sitting down when you read the repair cost.
Your camera may be on it's last legs (I mean gears).
Why don't they make camera cases like they do for smart phones. I've dropped my iPhone about 5 times including from a moving bicycle and it still works flawlessly. I may be should not be writing this next part since it could make it happen soon but so far never dropped my mirrorless 6000 series cameras. Wait does it falling off the tripod as I walk down the paved sidewalk count?
If so, happened over 5 years ago and still works flawlessly.
Yes I'm touching wood right now. Ouch that hurts
Your first question should have been what is the address for Sony repair.
