Canon printing

I have a Canon Pixma PRO-100 and it performs nicely. I do have one issue that I can not figure out and I gave up on Canon's No-Service phone support.
On occasion I want to print out a copy of something I saw on the web, the photo shows up nicely but when I tell the Canon to print in the Preview windoe it is monochrome and prints out monochrome. Any suggestions?

Pretty sure it is in the set up. Have things to do just now, but will be printing Weds. evening and Thursday morning. I will book mark your question so if you don't get an answer in the interim, I'll get back to you.

Is there a print setup in your browser?
Biggest problem I have is forgetting that the last item printed was landscape or portrait, in the browser print setup.
