No.no.no... It won't suffice, the hole gets deeper: Nikon Df a must for those like us that still shoots film. You get the same feeling in handling, like a film camera.

The Df intrigued me. πŸ‘

I do have the Df and the D750, but I also have the F4s and Pentax film system like the LX. When I pick the Df I don't feel any different from when I'm handling my lX or F4s, or my Norita 66 same intuitive manual lay out.

check @ B & H the 360 degree of the camera and you will see what I mean..if you haven't done it. Only Fuji cameras has the same but, APS-C.

I very recently acquired my first DSLR camera (Nikon D90). And just today, I procured a Nikon D750 body. How deep and extensive is this rabbit hole that I’ve plunged myself into? πŸ™„

Thanks

Really, the smart money bets on the glass. Those bodies will cost nothing in comparison....

We've been cruising around the world in the last sixteen years, most recently Dubai, India
and Bali. I brought two bodies, D7200 with Tokina 11-20 and D750 with 28-300. I've taken
interesting pictures with these two old bodies.

As you start sliding into this botomless pit, you will acquire, with the help of UHH members, a condition called Gear Acqusition Syndrom (GAS), which will slowly progress, forcing you to join a large group of addicts called Lens Buyers Anonymous (LBA). There is no rehab for that. BTW, the GAS virus is known to jump species, like switching from one brand addiction to another in search of the gear nirvana.
You've been warned ! :)

Yeah you're right. I was very happy with my D500 until I kept reading the hog. Now a D850 is in my future.Unless I can bash my head with something.lol

Have you ever been to China? Just jump into the hole you just dug, and you'll be there shortly.

A wonderful journey with no end in sight. Just plenty of GAS attacks along the way.
