Phenomenal. An amazing story.
Very touching and uplifting story. Thanks for posting.
Great story for perspective for our time.
To FrumCa:
This is an amazing story of a man who has shown us that a disability does not mean a person is incapable of achievement. I am not only humbled but in tears.
This is an amazing story.
Five years ago, I lost my disabled son. We have established a foundation (
www.BGMFoundation.org) in his honor. In spite of his disabilities he was an Eagle Scout Boy Scout who received a letter of commendation from President Barack Obama. He was learning to play piano, learning photography and SCUBA Diving. He even wanted to learn to pilot a plane. As a result of our yearly fundraiser we have created several scholarships, two camperships and have donated 17 canoes and kayaks to Ten Mile River Boy Scout Camp. We have donated 7 pianos to various schools and a hospital for children.
I would like to impose upon you for a favor.
I would like to contact the administrators at Rose Haven Nursing Home. I would like to know if Mr. Paul Smith would sell or donate a work of his to our foundation.
Happy Shooting!
