Disappointed in B & H

Hopefully the OP learned a couple of valuable lessons in his thread, and they are;
#1. Read the manual and know which cartridges, including the 'maintenance cartridge' the printer takes and their proper instillation.
#2. Always keep a complete set of spare new cartridges on hand.
#3. Refrain from blaming a vendor due to an oversight of not reading the manual and keeping a spare set on hand. Especially at Christmas time.
For every printer I have had; HP (what a piece of junk!), Epson and now Canon I have always had a reserve of each color cartridge in the drawer and when a tank ran dry I simply got in the drawer and replaced it. Then I go online finding the best price (usually Amazon) and replace the one I used back to my reserve drawer, being a Prime Member in two days. I have never, using this system ran out of ink during a print job, and if I did I could always run to Staples and pay their high prices for ink. Easy peasy!

So my question Picture maker if in 2017 you think B&H was so terrible why would you do business with them in 2020?

READ IT This year ( I think 2 weeks ago today) B&H came back from vacation. They asked me to have Customer Svs. to take care of a problem (that was fixed) and I mentioned, not complained that the hone back was so busy (from vacation opening) that the department was a 2Hr and 10 minus wait. Just for me to mention that the mentally deranged have gone after me for going on the 8th page.
I should start a club of "Don't use H&H' But I like them have used them and will use them.
I put the last statement in to see them start the attack.
I am at a point that I want to see how some of US will go to be nasty.
