My Kindle is for reading. My computer is for email. No problems.
I live on my Kindle, and mostly for reading. If I'm reading a book in bed, and hear a spectacular piece of music from my favorite station in London, I do switch over to "Silk..." for the Internet. Works perfectly. Once I see the name of the selection I seek, I just switch back to my book. I'm with you Leo, I use my computer for all my e-mail.

That is why my books on my shelf are so wonderful.
The post has nothing to do with physical books vs kindle books. Betcha can't hold 3000 books in your right hand like I can.

In a similar note, Google collapsed Tuesday on my iMac. All bookmarks lost. Solution? I'm not using Safari. So there!
I'm guessing you meant to say your NOW using Safari.

That's one reason I switched from Nook to a generic Android tablet, nobody telling me what I can put on it or do, wish I'd bought a better one but that's another story, BTW generic Android was cheaper too.
Android is a Google product.
How do you know that it doesn’t report regularly to Google on you?
