"recess" Thanks for your input except I did not complain I was taken care of by B&H. What I did do is mention the back up of 2+ hrs on the phone as this was the first day back from vacation. It is not my PRIVET Blog.

Thank for your feedback. My intention was to point out har busy you were. The detailed reason was the add said free shipping. And I contacted my club board and I would order for all of us, TO SAVE you shipping cost ( as we like your store) and the sales guy need a customer service person to get 7 as he could do 5 when they came in. We don't want them now.
