Best answer yet. I read the original post 4 times and still I still have no idea what the OP is talking about. The entire post is unintelligible. The B&H guys’ first language is Yiddish and their English is better than the posters. My money is with B&H.

I never had any problems with B & H when I call in a order by phone. Just remember Friday's after 4:00 PM and all day Saturday B&H is not open. So what is the problem?

I believe it is clear that problem is with the OP not taking the call. I find this a really bad problem with many people not wanting to answer a call that they don't recognize.

I went to BH a couple of years ago to buy a lens. I brought my sd card to put in a counter camera along with the actual lens I was to buy. I liked the lens and bought it. On the way home I realized that I left my sd card in the camera. I called BH and was transferred to the same salesman that helped me. He remembered me and mailed my card. Had it in 2 days. Great company with outstanding customer service. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Sound like you didn't read what I said.
A) I like B&H, ,my complaint was the 2 hour phone back up for Customer Service.
B) The issue was settled but the Customer Service had to fix it-- Out of stock also.
C) After all this " it's me not H&A" I've lost respect for some of you. Say what you want to "RAVE" I'm out of this childish BS

If you hate being put on hold for extended periods, Saturdays and Sundays are typically not the best days to get through to customer service. An enormous amount of people try to contact customer service over the weekend.

Perhaps your overlooking the fact that, like everyone else, B and H is working under some very unusual circumstances. These circumstances put a large inconvenience on the company as well as yourself. When dealing with plague influenced situations, patience is the virtue most needed.

You've created a total of 3 topics, two of them are complaints that B&H was unable to satisfy a too-late request on your part. Not a far reach and certainly not "raving" to conclude it might be you.

I agree. Both sides of story are needed BUT how does one do that? All he knows is his side. I wait for more problems of the same type being told before I consider acting upon it.

A report of one bad experience that seems to at least partly the customer's fault will not influence my satisfaction with B&H for over 40 years.
