I too hate shots of birds on feeders, especially Hummers. At home and at camp I tie-wrap branches and twigs near the feeder with a good natural green background. Works good for me.

a beautiful shot of that colorful goldfinch, tainkc...i have tried all summer to get a nice shot of one of the
many goldfinches around here and haven't succeeded yet...excellent job , and i do detect a bit of a smile.
