I have a few watches also. Too many says wife.
Nice image. I also enjoy using fountain pens. I have been keeping a daily journal for years. I always use a fountain pen. I like using different inks. A few years ago, I started buying ink samples that will provide enough ink for a week or more worth of writing. I use a different pen and a different ink for each week's worth of journal. This week I am using a Pilot Metropolitan with Monteverde Amazing Amethyst ink. I probably have close to or over a hundred different fountain pens, but nothing as expensive as a Mont Blanc. I purchased a Conklin Duragraph Amber fine point the other day. I loved the way it put ink (Diamine Grape) to paper. I get my ink samples from Goulet Pens and from Anderson Inks. I am about to try Vanness Pens. I probably need to slow down with this hobby because I probably could write from now until I dot my final "i" and cross my last "t" and still have ink left over. I admit my bias, but writing with a fountain pen is a different and more fulfilling writing experience.

I love a CROSS TOWNSEND as the best writing FP I own.
A Mont Blanc is also a fine pen, but I have never purchased one. A supplier I used to user gave them away like chewing gum back in the day.
Plus, myself, I like the larger size of the TOWNSEND and the heft that comes from a metal pen.
