I love a good BLT but have to have them hold the Mayo as I can't enjoy the taste the rest of the ingredients with Mayo over everything!
I fortunately grew up in the 50s across the road from a farmer who had a 120 acres in tomatoes for Campbell soup and we always carried a salt shaker with us as we walked thru his fields with our 22s, eating tomatoes as we walked!!

Love it. I grow tomatoes, basil and cucumbers that we use a couple of nights a week for a caprese salad. I get them started early in my greenhouse. We've been enjoying fresh veggies for several weeks now. The Better Boys will peter out in another 3 weeks or so and the cherry tomatoes I grew from seed will be coming on about the same time. We'll have them late into October here in CA.
