There's something compelling about the feel of a foggy morning and knowing that the sun will find its' way through eventually. It's a process with different feels and emotions at each stage. My wife and I have horses. It's a totally exhilarating feeling to be up at the crack of dawn and out on the back of your riding buddy discovering the what the new day will bring.
Sometimes just watching the play of light and shadow as the sun burns through the fog is magical and playing with that can be fun too. A really compelling find which I discovered on a morning ride was and abandoned railroad trestle but I couldn't leave it there.

It's quite obvious from the headgear that you are not riding in Texas. Looks like fun, otherwise.
Very nice tour! Was this in Ohio?
That last one is eerie. Looks like a headlight. A really nice series.
Thanks for the comments. Yes it is in Ohio. Mostly in the Cuyahoga Valley Nat'l Park between Akron and Cleveland.
Appreciate the comments, Yes it is a headlight on the front of an ethereal steam engine.
Thanks for taking the time to comment. Not my head in the pictures. Just sayin.....
