Great set. That's a fun hobby.
That looks like so much fun. Cool shots!

Great set of action shots.
My kid brother has several RC cars...he has dropped thousands of dollars into these cars. I lived in my house for 2 or 3 years not knowing there was a RC track just outside of our gates from my community in the back of a local park. My brother that lives more than 100 miles from me had to tell me about it. When they have events, that park is packed with people. I had no idea how popular this hobby is with so many nor did I realize how expensive of a hobby either. Great shots. Next time there is an event at the RC park I might just try some of my poor photo skills and see if I can come close to your photos. I really enjoyed see your photos. Thanks for sharing.

RC has certainly changed since I played with it in the late 50s.
I have a friend who dabbled in it about 10 years ago but he chose the photography hobby instead. He said it was cheaper.
Your title reminded me of this great Gary Larson cartoon.
School for the Mechanically Declined
My son and grandson were both into RC cars. They spent thousands and then about 15 years ago the only track on island closed. So they built one in their back yard. They are never ever finished with it for they always find some way to change the track. There is always a group over at their house working on the track so they can race on the weekends. Great hobby for all -- even for the girls. Mahalo for sharing.

Fun! Well done action shots. You are so right about the challenge of these fast moving subjects. Have you shot any video? My son and I raced off road 1/10 scale electric 30 years ago. There were 7 well equipped and maintained RC tracks here in the San Francisco Bay Area. We had a lot of fun for a couple of years! Thanks for this enjoyable post Jusayen.
