I do that all the time. A show looks promising and I keep watching hoping it delivers. Sometimes they do, sometimes not. Watched the first three years of the Sopranos and lost interest. Then watched the final year. Didn't miss much in between.

I found it funny and relaxing. I enjoyed the jabs at our society. I hope the show continues.

Maybe there is something in your past that interferes with your ability to see humor in things that most other people find humorous? Watch "Killing Gunther" on Netflix. If you do not find it funny I recommend seeking professional advice. Just saying...

We watched a few episodes last night and did not like it. Wife does but probably because her family is all watching and like it.

I liked Steve Carell in the Forty Year Old Virgin. But his office TV series left me cold. Haven't rushed to see Space Force because of Carell.
