Baby Robin Nearing Fledge Time...

Here is another shot of a baby Robin in my Holly tree... Spreading it's wings getting ready to fledge... nearing that time for Junior to say goodbye and leave the nest... but mama and papa will help him out with some food until he learns to fend for himself... all kids are the same no matter who they belong too...!!!

Excellent shot. What you said about mom and pop helping the kids find food until they learn how to fend for themselves, but some kids don't ever learn how to fend for themselves so mom and pop are always under the gun for food.

Wow...!!! How does that old saying go...??? "Better late than never"!!! So many things have happened in my life since I was last on here... I am trying to come back... had several tragedies, one after another... was kept really busy... trying to heal emotionally, dust myself off, and get back up on that bucking horse of life again, and ride it like the dickens...!!!
