You robbed a bank. The gear looks clean and kept well.
I had the D800 good camera. These are the lens think might be holy trinity.
Something like this let's you move up to a great pro shooting gear medley.
I wanted every one of those lens but only had one. Good luck.

Definitely a great “steal!” Definitely not “holy” or “trinity,” but 2/3rds there.

Stay safe & healthy...

Honey Moley! I paid more than that just for the 14-24! Congratulations! Now take lots of beautiful photos. The 14-24 works particularly well for astrophotography.

SCORE! Grandpaw you made out big time. I have a D810 and D850 and all of those lenses. Exclude the price but total up taxes and shipping and that's probably all you paid in total! Deal. Bonus is they all look in great shape. Proof in the photos.

If you are a decent person you will immediately turn yourself in to the nearest police station, as you just stole a bunch of great stuff!! How on earth can you sleep at night?

P.S. Can you give us the website for these real estate sales? :-)

Congratulations on your purchase. However, you have just used up all your karma for the next ten years.

Indeed you did, grandpaw! I'm happy for you. I do expect to see some sharp landscapes along with those pellies now.

I managed to get this D810 with grip and two batteries along with these three lenses today, all for $1570.00 including tax.

I am one happy person. I picked these up at an estate sale today.

Did you talk them down at all, or add any extras to what was agreed? Even pawn shops today are all over eBay checking selling prices. Granted, sales like this are usually below the used market, but this was either from someone who didn't need the money or a estate dealer who is still in the film age. I'm hoping the estate belongs to a wealthy family who wanted to make some diligent shoppers happy. There must have been any number of great items if it's the latter. Regardless, congratulations! With all the money you save, you can test the collection on trip to some of your favorite places.

Very nice! It's like a portrait, like it was used to posing for bird lovers.
You may have mentioned it, but what camera were you used to, and what is your impression of how the D810 handles?
