Regis, DDLs show off so much detail that it is a must thing to do. Excellent.

A masterful shot, Regis. I have read about the precision a bird must use to land and catch onto a branch and it made me appreciate their skills even more. Details in the photo are striking. Well done. I trust you and your wife are healthy, safe. I bet you miss your children and grands! We are all fine here.

Nicely done. We had a first the other day. An osprey was fishing in our pond. Man what a splash they make.
Ours was very shy. The second I stepped out of the house with the camera the osprey flew away.

Our Daughter-In-Law is expecting a baby girl this August 20 and we are afraid we won't be able to make it there with this virus situation that can easily be passed on board a plane. My wife and I are old with underlying conditions and we can't take that chance. However we are doing okay as well as our children but our Daughter-In-Law is a registered nurse who is working overtime in a hospital with virus infected patients.
The Osprey are catching fish in one of our nearby lakes called Fernan Lake. Yes, we do miss our children there in Arizona. It's getting very hot there. We are having temperatures in the 60's and I wish we could send some of our cooler weather to the Phoenix area. Thank you very much, Carly Sue. I hope you and your family stay healthy for a long time.
