Color has nothing to do with either.
The first group a bunch of "red necks" flaunting a right provided by our Constitution in order to make some kind of a statement.
The second photograph shows two professional athletes showing disrespect towards our flag during the playing of The National Anthem in order to make some kind of a statement.
In either case, the statement the respective groups are trying to express will be overshadowed by the respective absurdity of their actions.
