A question and a comment. First, can you guys tell me just how you are using the second monitor please? I'm eager to learn.
Comment: Wacom tech support. When I bought my new "best model available" Wacom tablet, I looked for help from Wacom tech support. Nodda! I first needed a translator since the person was from a third world county and could not speak English. Their online "instruction" is anything but. The product is outstanding. It's sad that the tech support does not match the product.

The one caution I have is that tablets do not play well i a two monitor environment, something I won't give up. After many calls to Wacom tech support, and their uncaring attitude, I sent a 16" Cintique back. Best of luck.
I would say that you are an exception. It’s unfortunate, because we’ve all been there with all types of devices that we have purchased. I have used Wacom tablets for 20 or so years And they have always had top-notch customer service. Really puzzled why they didn’t treat you better.
CJC2 has a point.
I use a Wacom Intuos tablet with two monitors. I have the tablet set so that the entire surface of the tablet matches the combined surfaces of the two monitors and this works well 90% of the time. For some reason I do not understand, occasionally the tablet will not acknowledge the second monitor until I click on the Ps icon in the tool bar at the bottom of the first monitor (Windows 10). A nuisance to be sure but not sufficient for me to give up the added real estate of the second monitor.

A Mac Pro can run up to 5 monitors! The upcoming super duper crazy expensive one can run as many as you have room to plug in and some crazy video card! Fully loaded up, it's $45k out the door! Base model starts at around $6k.....Look out, here comes Stephen Spielberg!

MacOS apps on one. Win 10 apps on the other, via Parallels Desktop.
Mail (or Outlook) and Safari or Firefox on one, Adobe Lightroom Classic on the other.
Final Cut Pro X (video editor) on one, reference video timeline monitoring on the other.
GarageBand on one, Audio Units plug-ins on the other.
Word on one, PowerPoint on the other.
The possibilities are endless. I’ve used dual monitors in many different situations. Presenting to groups with a video projector is one of the most common.

I'm a bit disappointed as well because I was really looking forward to working with that tablet. The older one, without a screen, will have to do for now. The next time I attend Photo Plus, I'll inquire at the Wacom booth.

I use two monitors, one for images and the other for Panels and control. One is LG 4K, other is a Dell. I don’t like having different brand/capability monitors so I suggest buying two monitors made for images. I use a Mac. Mini with ssd and 2 glyph 2T ssd’s for content. It works well. Spy Der calibration can make both monitors have the same settings provided they are similar. I find that past 23-24 diaagonal two monitors is to botado. Also Mac has sidecar which allows me to use iPad pros and laptop screens as additional space when needed.
I use a calibrated, high-quality 24" LaCie monitor for the "image screen" and adjacent to it, a 20" HP for the "control" screen. I've been doing this for over 10 years and am completely satisfied; no problems looking back and forth because they are close and are in the same plane of view. I can't imagine going back to one screen as I used to have--just too cramped.
