Our boy had the same surgery a few years ago.. Recovery took a long while. The fur didn’t return for six months.

Sorry about your little friend. Isn’t it wonderful what can be done for our pets these days. A few years ago one of my cats had surgery for a torn cruciate ligament. The only thing that really suffered bad was my bank account! (She was worth every penny😊)

I have great empathy. I can't imagine how you coped with a cat, with them being so active. This is Pele's 2nd surgery in 5 weeks. Goodbye stimulus, tax refund, and vacation wishes. Just joking, she is worth every dollar.

She is doing a little better today. Still in la-la land with the pain medication, but she is comfortable.
