Welcome to the Hog. A couple of personal thoughts about your photo, things I would do.
1. Turn her to her left and lean slightly forward, not back. Recompose with the open water in front of her.
2. Place both hands on her lap not leaning on her arms, it would give her a more relaxed appearance. To me she looks a little tense.
I do like her hair over the front shoulder and her head turn to the side, not directly at the camera, though her eyes do (and should) look at the camera. Again that is how I would pose her. Not saying you are wrong , just expressing some personal thoughts.
Overall nice photo.
