What, stopping and detaining foreign caravans from entering the U.S. during a pandemic is a problem for you? LOL But you have no issues Trump banning travel from China to the U.S.

Habeas Corpus?? Do you know how many people are released in this country with a date to come back for a hearing who actually come back for that hearing?? Many, many illegal aliens come to this country are handed a summons with a hearing date, and they disappear.
If illegals are not breaking the immigration laws by sneaking across the border in tunnels and in the middle of the night, they are breaking the law by ignoring the summons to go to court and have their case heard.

How many cross the border looking for authorities so they can turn themselves in?
How many of our good citizens fail to show up in response to a summons or jump bail?
I am in favor of extremely strict immigration laws from all countries and not peeing on everybody's feet re our southern border. Many, many thousands of immigrants are here on work, school visa, etc, stop reporting in and the government can't keep track of them either.
