That looks so good! I made up a corned beef for St. Patrick's day and we got two full meals for two, four sandwiches, and four servings of corned beef hash - not bad, a very economical cut of meat!

Thanks - I'm really happy with how this project it turning out. As for the Skype service, our pastor has been distributing a modified service and a written sermon each week to the members of the congregation. Last week Chuck and I did it alone but decided to include family and another couple on Skype which made it really special. It will be wonderful to actually get back to church again but at the present that doesn't seem to be happening until the end of April. I hope our small congregation will be able to survive this.

I hope so too Sue, Our Church is live streaming the Sunday Service AM edition no PM Services. at 10:45am Praise team and The Pastors Message listened to it this AM..
