Got the Sony A6400.
Will be used for still photography only, not movies. No sports or moving birds.
The choices for memory cards are bewilderingly complicated but it appears that (as an example)
SanDisk - Extreme PRO 64GB SDXC UHS-I Memory Card for $25.00 at BB would be more than adequate for still photos and even 4k movies.
I am willing to spend more if necessary but don't want to for no reason.
Do folks agree this card would be up to snuff?
Thanks

Yes, more than adequate. When I google that model, they're $19.99 online, so when considering the tax and shipping, and whether if you buy multiple, is another source is a better choice.
I think it may be time for you to read the camera's manual.
See what it says about what card is needed for that what you want to do. THEN start shopping around for a good deal.

Sufficient for stills but too slow for 4K video use.
Manual suggests any card will work for still photography
Just wanted to confirm.

Yes, the SanDisk - Extreme PRO 64GB SDXC UHS-I Memory Card will do you well. I use the extreme pro cards and have for years. They are great.

Some cameras have two different slots, and/or can accept multiple speed classes of cards for different purposes. I agree with others who say Read The *Fine* Manual. There's usually a page dedicated to memory card selection. It will guide you to the proper class and size and speed of card you need, for what you want to record.

I’ll chime in with another vote for this card. I have 32gb and/or 64gb in every camera I own. I use the fastest I can find. And I do 99.9% stills. Usually video only by accident. 🥴

I have several newer model DSLRs. They are specified to use newer, faster memory cards, including XQD cards, and they work best with those cards. But I also have some older examples...some bought for older cametas, some bought for a couple of digital audio recorders that I've had for a few years.
My shooting style doesn't include long bursts, and I don't capture a lot of video, so I tried the older cards to see if they would work in an emergency. The answer is that yes, for the way I use my cameras, they work just fine. So I bring them with me, in a separate carrier, just in case they might be needed. But I do it also knowing that they aren't going to work if I do want or need to capture video, and they are not going to support long continuous bursts.
So memory cards that are slower than what is specified can be fine. Just keep the limitations in mind and know that there is a reason that your manual calls out specific capabilities.
95Mb/s will be in excess of the fastest data transfer rate that your camera is capable of. Paying for anything faster would be wasted money.

Keep in mind that BB (Best Buy) will price match.
Just another option. I used to use SanDisk but read
an article from Philip Bloom filmmaker who uses 100's
of cards. Yes video but I do video and stills and these
are affordable and reliable. Many pro's use them.
Just another option usually less expensive.
I gave away about a half dozen SanDisk Ultra 64gb Class 10, SD cards this past Xmas. One of the recipients, who owned a Nikon D3300, claimed it worked good for video on his camera. Since, I don't do video. That card does well for me shooting stills. But, if I had a Sony a6400 crop mirrorless, I would go for the SanDisk Extreme Pro. As, recommended in earlier threads. Especially, if you plan to do stills and video. They cost more, but worth it. Good luck.

Buy from a Reputable Photography Dealer B&H, Adorama, and a few others, many times have good sales.
I buy SanDisk 32gb Extreme Pro cards, usually less than $15.00
