Personally had so much trouble just trying to download trial,from what I saw it was good when good and so so when it got it wrong.

I like it and use it! I am not a purist when it comes to photography and have fun doing all kinds of digital manipulations. Make sure you operating system has a good video card and memory and it works fine...at least it did for me. I have found a number of "OK" photos that it really improved.

I purchased it but have trouble getting it to function properly. I am in contact with their support services.

I resolved one of the problems I have with Topaz AI. By experimentation, I found that the program will not work with a DNG file. It seems to work OK with TIF files. I am in contact with the support group over the issue.

It looks like some of you are talking about photo editing. I have a few of the photo tools and like them for the rare times I need them, but I think the OP is asking about Topaz Video Enhance AI. It is not used in photo files.
