I have recently bought a Sony a6000 and visited Manchester cathedral today, to try it out.
Very nice photos posted. I know someone, who also went to the the UK, with the Sony a6000 mirrorless camera, about 4 years ago. He bought the Bundle Kit, that included two lenses. The 16-50mm and the 55-210mm. I saw his photos from his computer. He took many, but I saw none of the Manchester Cathedral. Thanks for sharing.
Hi, thanks for your nice comments, it is a beautiful cathedral, I just used the 16-50 kit lens that came with the camera.

Thanks John...I am very pleased with the camera so far, I take my time and also steady myself when focusing on a subject and surprised how clean the jpeg files are even with just the 16-50 kit lens

I only use the two kit lenses that came with the camera (I try to work cheaply), and I find them very sharp.

You must be very skilled John...I find that if I take my time getting the focusing and exposure correct before I take the jpeg shot, then the images do not need any post processing
