I live in Inwood, WV. Please post some pictures of our local beauty & history.
I lost my son in 2012; there is nothing worse. Even that cliche falls incredibly short of what one feels.
Have you been to Monument Valley, Sedona, and Canyon de Chilly? They’re places where you can find some solace. BTW, I have found grief counseling very helpful. Even after 7-1/2 years I still need the support. Best of luck.
Travel is a great therapy for you. I traveled via motorcycle for about 20 years all about our great country taking pics all over. Then the body said uncle after a pretty good crash in West Texas Mountains. Really miss it and now take pics out of my car or truck since leaving the bikes behind.

Thank you all so much. I have spent the last 4 years traveling. I average 30k pics a year, (on the low side). Every time I thought it could not get more beautiful it did. Back roads all the way, all the little towns. I had just left Paradise CA when the fire came through. I have pics of Mt Ranier where it was so smokey and fire coming along side the road, then going to Mt St Helens the next day. I have no where to post but here and I have thousands. From Maine to Florida, Texas to ND, SD WY MT ID WA to northern CA. It's easier to name where I haven't been...yet. The redwoods are breathtaking. I have been in over 100 reservations finding my people and friends. Looking forward to heading to MN to see my mother and going back out west. I love it.

We’re you raised in Minnesota? There is an awful lot to see here as well
Great! Just keep traveling and enjoying life. . . .Loss never goes away, it just lessens its sharpness....
Excellent photos. I think folks here would have appreciated a "Download" option, though.

I'm sorry I wasn't aware but is it too late to fix that?

No, I was raised in KY then moved to Pa where I was placed with a wonderful loving Mennonite lady and her husband. She lives in MN now and I found her again after 40 years. She is my first stop when I start traveling. She lives on a huge farm bigger than the one they had when I lived with them. She taught me everything I needed in life to be the person I am today.

I was living in Martinsburg when I lost my daughter. I loved shooting at Harpers Ferry and Sheppardstown. I find those pics. I have some posted here from years ago.
