Of the two, I prefer the color. However, if you increased contrast and a little D&B to add some 'punch' to the B&W, it would definitely become my favorite.

I like the B&W. While I like both the B&W seems to remove it from the cell phone image type.

The B and W version looks good to me. The only advice I would give is to do an adjustment layer that I believe is called HSL. The idea is to be able to adjust all colors, red green, blue, cyan, yellow, magenta. That way any one color can be adjusted to suit yourself. It gives you ultimate control of the tonal values in a B and W image.
