Great suggestions! I will have to try the ones I haven't done.
Keep it up with your beautiful photos and great educational commentary for 2020.
Yes to all but selling unused equipment. It seems many times I sell prematurely and then regret it later. sometimes I even end up buying another one like the one I sold!

What is a resolution?
A firm decision to do or not to do something.
Will you learn to better use your current equipment?
Will you learn your processing software?
Will you organize your legacy images?
Will you organize your new images?
Will you sell your unused and outdated equipment?
Will you ask for help?
Will you answer a request for help?
Will you use selective focus with an off-center AF point placed specifically on the subject?
Will you investigate higher ISOs?
Will you use your flash?
Will you use your tripod?
Will you try Back Button Focus?
Will you create an image over the next 366 days that achieves your resolution?

Use the cameras more. Write less.
I resolve to take one keeper each week.

Flash back to my Dad - New Years Dinner, each year he would quiz us all (actually interrogate) on what our New Years resolutions were. You had to have one. Your post made me smile.
He's been gone a good many years, but never to be forgotten.
Yeah. I need to stop being a whore.
I've got 8 cameras I use semi regularly. I need to chose 3. Stick with those, sell the rest with the rest.
I've been dabbling for decades with maybe 8 diff software PP packages, and I ain't so good at any.
TODAY I chose Affinity and Capture One- deleting the rest. I'll do waay better with just using these.
Half my lenses are going. Like my 500 mirror- I planned a couple trips just to use the lens. Bass Ackwards.
A box of olde flashes. Many are cheapos. Be like CrackerJacks- buy a camera, get a surprise in the box.
Olde meters. Some are differently accurate. Most were readjusted for @ Sunny10. Off they go.
I have 2 bookcases worth of unused. I want to get down to 2 shelves of used.
Been there, done that, boy do I know what you mean!!!
Happy New Year CHG.
My plans for 2020 is to look for travel photography opportunities in other countries, also to study drone photography and get certified as a drone pilot.
There are so many photography opportunities and good challenges to keep me busy in 2020.
Thanks
Laroy

Resolution is way overrated.
Acutance is where it's at !
Darn. All my ances are ugly.
My resolutions are to take more pictures this year than last. To 'practice with purpose'.
2nd to post regularly here and ask for CC to help me improve.
3rd to encourage anyone I can (I don't know if I'm in the position to actually give anyone advice). But I know what I like, even if I don't always know why.
With resolutions number 1 and 2 I should say to be able to be proficient with the equipment that I currently own before than succumbing to GAS.
Resolution to take better photos and not to be crucial of other people feelings.
