We got all the way to the third answer before someone found it necessary to drag politics into a funny but non-political joke. If you want to know how much trouble our country is in, this is exhibit A. It's very sad that we can't crack a joke without today's divisive politics being forced on us.
True. There is a major disconnect and it is going to take a very long time. We are badly divided.
It is ABSOLUTE stupidity, bringing political beliefs into a funny post, trying to make it funny in their eyes by smearing someone with differing political views. Act like the adult you are suppose to be and leave politics out of UHH, and enjoy it, as it should be enjoyed.
When I am reading the posts, or enjoying the images in the different sections, I could care 1 whit about Trump, or Pelosi, or Republicans, or Democrats....When someone drags politics into UHH, it spoils it for me, and I would guess quite a number of other people here.
Maybe Admin should consider banning politics from UHH all together.
I think it's great that we can laugh at politics and political parties. (both) If you don't laugh, I believe you're taking way too seriously.

I’m assuming your response is genuine and not a tongue in cheek response. So seeing where you’re from, I can understand that the Republican’s childish immature comments about Democrats may lead one who may not be familiar with American politics to think Democrats are a bunch of low life, irresponsible miscreants.
Quite the opposite is true. Research has shown that Democrats as a whole are better educated, more critical thinkers who possess a genuine interest in improving the environment that we all have trashed so terribly, improving the well being of all people and especially those trapped in poverty, establishing and keeping a strong and well funded public education system, eliminating discrimination against people of all races and sexual orientation, access to healthcare at reasonable cost for all citizens, women’s rights and equality and absolute dominion over their bodies and reproductive decisions, humane immigration laws and process, re-establishment of voting rights for all people, and many other issues that are focused on improving the lot of Americans.
So, when you read a denigrating comment on this forum about Democrats, just remember that Democrats are decent people who want to make the world a better place for everybody, not just for the few.

That same research shows that Republicans give more money to charity per capita than the highly mis-educated Democrats. So you think about it all you want while Republicans put their money to actual benefits to humanity. Enough!

You completely missed the point. It is dimocrats who don't use common sense and jump to unfounded conclusions---as you have just well demonstrated.
