Fine start with a good selection.
I grew up in Southern California. First Los Angeles, then San Diego. Although I was well traveled - lot of the coastline, wine country, the Sierra, the Mojave Desert, the many ghost towns, even the Salton Sea from the summit of a peak leading up from Rattlesnake Canyon in Anza-Borrego S.P. - and was just scratching the surface of this majestic place in all its variety.
You could spend many weekends in your backyard, the Anza-Borrego, without exhausting even its possibilities.
