Did not know. Thank you Angela and Donna for passing the word. She mailed me a few bulbs once and a peony shoot. Will think of her each spring. She loved her flowers. Does anyone have word of Snapshot? Happy and blessed Thanksgiving to you all

...of yet another of our members. I found out today that our dear friend, Corolyn, lost her battle with cancer back in July. Thank you so much, Angela, for letting us know. For those who would like to see Corolyn's beautiful photography, here is a link to her work. I'm posting here, because Corolyn was a regular contributor to closeup.

Angela, thank you for letting us know through this post. This brought tears to my eyes since Corolyn was one of my if not first friends I had on UHH. I will miss seeing her posts on UHH and her correcting my spelling or use of a word incorrectly.

How sad, she was a proper lady who made beautiful flower and nature images.

Thank you all so much. Corolyn was such a dear, sweet lady, and her passing leaves an empty, sad place at the table...

So sad, but thanks for letting us know, Donna and will certainly miss her. She really loved her garden and it was always such a pleasure to correspond with her. Take care!

Donna, my heart jumped when I saw the title "Loss". I immediately thought of Earl, but then I saw it was Corolyn and I was still shocked to hear of her passing. I really enjoyed her work, she had an eye for spotting good subjects. I had no idea she was ill. May she rest in peace and know that she left her beautiful photography for all to see and enjoy forever.
